This was possible because in their plantations, in a different way than today, they cultivated a large number of varieties in a mixed way, so that if one of the crops was taken away by some disease, there was still enough left in the others. Our family also has Swabian ancestors, so we pay tribute to them with this wine, which was made in a similar way, by harvesting several varieties. "
